Goods on Our Website are subject to high standards of quality control. Under no circumstances will We accept a return of goods or provide a refund if You have made a mistake in Your Order or You change Your mind in respect of the goods You have ordered. We will only replace goods if it has been established to our satisfaction that they are faulty at the point We hand them to the Delivery Agent or if they are the wrong size or otherwise in accordance with in the Sale Terms.
If You have the right to return a good under the ACL then:
- the return must be made within 10 Business Days of the date that the good was delivered to Your delivery address;
- the goods must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn and with all swing tags (including the RETURN TAG) attached along with a return confirmation number;
- the goods must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit;
- You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges in relation to the return of the goods;
- We accept no responsibility for packages We do not ship ourselves.
We will determine in our sole discretion whether to provide You with a refund in lieu of providing You with a replacement.
Sale items are not eligible for any refund but a credit will be provided if required by the ACL and the goods are returned by You in accordance with this Policy.
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
Only goods that are returned to Us in their original condition will be refunded; others will be returned to You at your own cost.
Please note the Return Tag that is present on all delivered items must not be removed from the item. Removal of the Return tag will void the possibility of refund in respect of the good from which the tag has been removed.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with these requirements.
